When I'm in the timeline and editing clips, the volume envelope thing is just annoying and I don't need it. Can I make it so that when I hover over the clip it doesn't shade like this? I'm not bringing clip volumes up and down, so I'd like to just disable the ability to alter that .db line. 1.png 2....

Hey thanks for pointing this out! You know I never bothered trying insert selected time, I'm always using remove selected time though to bring clips closer and clear the unwanted space in the project. I can think of many ways I'll use inserting time though, thanks for showing

Is there no way to move, in particular, "hold/sustain" controllers down in the piano roll automation area? I can delete the controller, change it's "volume" level, but I can't seem to find a way to move it left or right.
