Re: Stream into DAW
You can try the Voicemeeter plugin, it's been mentioned here before, I've also worked with it a couple times. If you set up the plugin correctly, through the monitoring function in mixcraft you can directly record/stream audio from video directly to the station.

Re: Stream into DAW
I saw something similar in Reaper, this plugin was called ReaStream or ReaCast. I'm not sure if there is something similar in mixcraft.

Re: Essential Feature requests for 2025 update.
I don't do stems, multitracks, so I work only with midi, mostly. I do arrangement, mixing and mastering in one project. If I work with an orchestra, I use different libraries for layering, because they have different sounds (somewhere staccato sounds clear, somewhere blurred), and they can combine q...

Re: Essential Feature requests for 2025 update.
Just out of interest. What the hell do you need 80 tracks for? I usually need 6-8 tracks for a complete song. Patrick This indicates that you have never worked with large orchestral templates, in which the number of tracks for just one articulation (staccato, marcato, etc.) can be up to 10 or even ...

Re: Problems with crossfading
Yes. No such error occurred in the project. There is nothing wrong with the tracks.

Re: Problems with crossfading
This is a bug. It has existed since MC 5 at least. I have complained about many times, sent in logs, full projects etc. and the coders have claimed to have fixed it but it is still there. You don't need to render in order to induce it; if you have enough edits (like a vocal comp for example) it wil...

Re: Problems with crossfading
I did a quick test with 10 tracks with crossfades and didn't experience this issue, but my circumstances may be different than yours. I've never had this problem with my own mixdowns, but when I have a track that is to my satisfaction, I'll mix all the clips in that track to a new clip (ctrl + W). ...

Re: Problems with crossfading
Just a thought... If the entire mix yields sharp stops and starts in the form of clicks, could it be the mix itself? EQ and phase overlaps? Certain frequencies from other tracks emphasizing other frequencies or canceling them out? As I wrote above, there were no plugins in the project at all. I ske...

Re: Problems with crossfading
The sample rate in the device sound settings is the same as the audio files. The sampling rate in the sound settings of the device corresponds to the sampling rate of audio files 48000 Hz. The same sample rate is set in the Windows settings.

Re: Problems with crossfading
The problem is not in sample rate, all WAV files have the same sample rate. There are no plugins in the project at all. This advice would be appropriate if there were plug-ins on the tracks, which could cause a failure in their work when changing the sample rate. I can easily use OGG files in projec...

Re: Problems with crossfading
The track in the project sounds fine. https://youtu.be/kdtTTdH8b_I The same track after rendering. On 3,4,6,8 and 10 sec pay attention to the sound of guitar and man's voice. You can clearly hear jagged and sharp sounds, which are not in the project. test crossfade problem.mp3 You haven't responded ...

Re: Problems with crossfading
I just tried to recreate this with fewer tracks. What you need to do is the following: 10 audio tracks with no plugins. Exactly the audio tracks. Add any loops/samples to them and do a crossfade. Export the mix to audio and compare the result with the project. This is clearly noticeable on acoustic ...

Re: Crackling again suddenly
What if you try making a bounce track of these vst tracks along with the effects? Have you tried putting other plugins on the tracks? You've included the full mix. Have you tried playing the track separately by group? In this case, do sound artifacts also remain? Did the support give you any respons...

Re: Crackling again suddenly
Hi, Are you using a lot of VST instruments? Try freezing all of your VSTi tracks and see if that makes a difference. If it does, one by one unfreeze them until the crackling starts again. That may help track down the issue to a specific set of plugins or settings on a track. he's written here befor...
