The installer for mine left the 9 dir and VST sub dir and deleted everything else for nine. For plugins, 10 is pointed at my 9/VST dir. Everything seems to be there. But I ran a "Scan for Plugins" in the preferences just to make sure.

I have issues with that plugin too. I have to go into my plugins and reboot the plugin every time that I open my project otherwise it won't play the midi data. However, you can record your midi data using a number of the kits that come with mixcraft. I think, if I remember right, I usually use the S...
