If an audio recording is made with the built-in Mixcraft compressor found in the mixer, is the audio permanenty compressed or can it it be turned off after?

I don't think it's possible in Mixcraft but I think it would be a nice feature to be able to set a different buffer size for playback and recording. I continue to get crackling when I playback in Mixcraft at a 256 buffer and at the same time do other things on my computer such as using my browser. A...

One thing to consider though is that some instruments might not sound right when you switch from 44.1 to 48.

Really cool tune and the sound quality is sweet, open and spacious. I like it and I like the piano.

Nicely done for sure. Just one comment and question. To my ears and on my monitors, the mix sounds a bit too high frequency focused, and it's pronounced even more with the sibilance on the vocals. At 2:47 the song gets more dramatic and I think the sound could be fuller with more low end focus there...

Update: Turns out I can get two instances of Kontakt to run but I can' t have the interface showing up more than once. I have to make sure to close the interface on one track if I want to use the Kontakt interface on another track.
