That's because MP3 files have a tiny section where header information is stored. That's why the loops that come with Mixcraft are in Ogg Vorbis and not MP3 format. MP3 files are not good for looping due to that little gap.

It's included with the Mixcraft Pro Studio edition. If you own Mixcraft 10 Pro Studio edition and and it's missing, make sure you're logged into Mixcraft 10 with your account email, and check for updates.

2. Right-click on each lane and give it a different MIDI channel.
3. Set the instruments in your plugin to the different MIDI channels.

If you don't already have Mixcraft 9.0 build 470 installed, download and install the latest build.

It's probably some kind of plugin problem if it's only a particular project that's having this issue. Some plugins won't work properly if you just copy them over, they really need to be installed ...

If you're running some other audio application when you start Mixcraft, it's possible for the other application to intercept all MIDI. Were you running a standalone version of Synthesizer V or some other application?

This can be caused by a variety of different things. Some of the common ones are:

1. The wav file is in some unusual wav file format. In this case, just save it to .wav or whatever in some other program before you import it to Mixcraft.
2. It's some other kind of file that has been renamed so ...

Does Studio Devil Bass VBA for Mixcraft have to be there for the problem to happen?

Studio Devil has historically had some issues with large buffer sizes. I'm not sure if that has been corrected. We don't have a VST3 version of Studio Devil.

As of this date, we have a script for the X-Touch Compact. If that one doesn't apply for you, you can set it to Mackie Control instead in Control Surface preferences.

Check for updates to make sure you've got all the latest scripts.

I installed the trial of Archetype Cory Wong X, and it seems to work normally by itself. I tried it with both VST3 and VST. Which one are you using?

Does it happen for you with this effect alone, or do other effects have to be present on the track?
