Good question. I don't know know which drum plugins might output MIDI. EZDrummer doesn't seem to, but it does allow you to drag and drop.

Hi, CR-78 doesn't output MIDI, it's outputting audio. You can click on the Drag-Export bar to drag and drop MIDI into Mixcraft (and you can even drag and drop from CR-78 onto your Windows desktop to create a .mid file). Try running the standalone version of Melodyne and activating that. Mixcraft 10 comes with Melodyne 5 Essential, so make sure that's the serial number you use when you activate.
