How do youchange internal clock with mixcraft?

I get a lot of clicks and pops and a guy at guitar center told me to change internal clock and that might fix the problem, does anyone know how to do this with mixcraft?

Thanks for the posts. I really think it was just that alesis mixer, I just bought an audio interface at guitar center and the sound is crystal clear.

What is the best way to record? With the reverb already set on my mixing board or bare bones at first and then added through mixcraft later? Also i'm using a perceptions 220 mic, and it has a bass filter, the sound is really full with it off but of course it picks up and pin drop from a mile a way, ...
