It was the "(91) Reverb Level" that was telling to move away from 0... I didn't know about those CC messages.
I fixed it, and I'm happy now!
Thanks for the help, Greg!

Re: Pianissimo in Mixcraft: reverb slider doesn't stay at 0%
Thanks, Greg! I didn't do automation on the track. It turns out it has something to do with the midi files I use (they're from the internet). There must be some midi signal telling it to take the reverb level back some other position. Today, I noticed that also the "Master Volume" in piani...

Pianissimo in Mixcraft: reverb slider doesn't stay at 0%
In Mixcraft 8.1 Pro Studio 64-Bit Build 396 the reverb slider (and the reverb itself) in the Pianossimo window moves back to its original position everytime I restart my song. Even if save a new preset. I That's annoying. I just want a 0% reverb (and add other fx lateron), but that doesn't seem poss...

Re: separated cd tracks: unwanted noise at transitions
Finally, I noticed that the various CD players and media players I checked have a rather different way of treating transitions. Some produce a click, a crack, a pause and others even leave out a fraction of a second. For me unacceptable so I choose the safest way: no cd markers at all. ![Crying or Very sad ](./images/smilies/icon_cry.gif)

Re: separated cd tracks: unwanted noise at transitions
thanks, AHornsby The music continues during the transition where the marker is set (on purpose, that's how the composer wrote it, think of it as a medley). In that case it's hard to tell if one of the peaks is a click. It might also be a problem with the cd players I use. I know my Mixcraft has some...

Re: separated cd tracks: unwanted noise at transitions
thx, Greg it's after I save the .WAV, and consequently the CD contains similar audio glitches I thought maybe because of the series of Fx or the sampling rate, or could it be the CPU at the time of saving? About half of the time there's no issue. The "fade in" trick works sometimes, someti...

separated cd tracks: unwanted noise at transitions
any idea why at some instances an unwanted little clicking or cracking noise is introduced at the transition when using CD track marker?

Re: "Fusion field" different mp3 versus wav
Many thanks, Juno, for your fast reply!
Indeed, dropping the rate to 44.1 kHz does the trick.
One day, I'll try to understand what's the best bit depth for my wav's (I think it's all 16 bits)
and for now, I'm happy![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

"Fusion field" different mp3 versus wav
Great effects of "Fusion field" can be heard when working in Mixcraft (live) and in a mix down to .mp3 format (320kps) , but they are more or less lost when I save my music in .wav (96 kHz, 16bit).
Am I doing something wrong?
