Do you see the option "US-16x08 & US-us 16x08 Mixing Driver" under the Asio Driver section in Sound Device prefrences? If so and you have not selected that, select it.

I've experienced that is well, normally it I adjust the pitch wheel bend or the modulation wheel. I mentioned a few year back on 8. Its happened so far only once on 9.
