Re: Video not timed correctly with audio in mixdown
I do have another question, though...Is there a way in Mixcraft to enlarge to images I have in the video, or do they need to be enlarged externally and then uploaded back to Mixcraft?

Apparently I had a virus. I managed to remove it and my mix played perfectly. Thanks for your time!

Video not timed correctly with audio in mixdown
I made a text and image video track to go with an audio piece. I watched the preview, and it was timed perfectly. When I mixed it down to video, I saw that there was a considerable timing change in the video images and the text. The music did not lag, but the video and text lagged by a few seconds. ...

Re: Album Mastering advice please....
Scythe, I highly recommend browsing through the info and vids at therecordingrevolution.com. I have been learning from the simple advice here for a couple of weeks and my general understanding and skill in mixing has sky-rocketed. My recording have improved considerably, but even better, I have a th...

Re: Removing the other tracks from view
LOL, okay, I thought there was a way to make the other tracks disappear temporarily I suppose I could do something similar by just adjusting the track height or dragging the bottom of the track. The tip on holding shift and dragging the clip vertically was very helpful, BTW!

Removing the other tracks from view
I was watching the Mixcraft 6 Mini-Tip: Using Effects on Only Part of a Track vid on Youtube when you guys did something very cool at 1:14 on the clip, making the other tracks disappear. I think I missed something, but I watched that part again around 20 times and I did not see what it was you did. ...

Okay, I switched from guitar to mic/line, and that worked! Apparently I should not use the Guitar input. Thanks for all your help!

Re: XP Computer Settings
The recording device is a Tascam US-122. Your pic is what I have been doing, but I am still getting bleed. Do I need to disable the audigy card in the device manager?

Re: XP Computer Settings
Hi, When you click on the small arrow next to the Arm button to arm your audio track for recording, what recording device are you selecting? Choose something specific, like "microphone" or "line in." Don't choose something general like "stereo mix" or "what you he...

Re: Autosave in next build?
The crash and restart scenario has only happened to me when I was working in Mixcraft twice in a about 2 years, but I am curious as to why that happened at all. Where would I find the mixcraft-log.txt file? I just want to thank you guys for taking the time to discuss mixcraft with us, BTW. I am glad...

Re: Autosave in next build?
Yeah, already working on that! Just turned off "Automatically restart" with system errors! Irritating!Acoustica Greg wrote:

XP Computer Settings
Hi guys, I was wondering if I could get some help. I am running Mixcraft 6 on a Windows XP computer and am having a bleed issue with noise from other tracks. I checked and double checked, it is definitely not coming from my headphones. I have a Tascam US-122 that I using for input with an SB Audigy ...

Re: Autosave in next build?
Hi, Well, it could wait for a period of inactivity and only autosave to a backup file, not the main project. But we've almost got that functionality now with the multiple backups that Mixcraft 6 currently creates. The only difference is that you need to save your work once in a while. Ctrl+S is pre...
