Thank for the reply, been meaning to reply back. It was actually a memory issue. EW is a huge memory hog, and converting a file seems to take up memory as well, added more memory and looks as if problem is solved.

The EW does not, it requires an ASIO sound driver. Which works fine with Mixcraft as well, but just doesn't seem to play nice when I go to mixdown
