Re: Mixcraft 7 Adjust pitch by...

You could also possibly try a pitch-shift plug-in, such as "micro pitch" or "little Alterboy" or similar.
There are also other possible plug-ins designed for the purpose of doubling with micro pitch shifts.

But the easy answer is probably what I previously suggested.
Mix down to audio.

Re: Mixcraft 7 Adjust pitch by...

Hmm. Just tested it to make sure.

What build are you running?

(Have to run out now, but will get back to this later)

Re: Tips to make vocal track fat & punchy?

Hey Andre, I listened again on another system and it didn't seem so obvious. But the spot I noticed before was at .37 And it wasn't a sibilant, more of a mildly cumulative plosive I think. Probably nothing to be concerned with here, but something to keep in mind when using that kind of production te...

I can click on the box and type in any incremental value I have tried.

The box should change when you click on it, making it the focused parameter, then accept whatever you type in.

Re: Tempo is doing all sorts of crazy things..

The reason I ask is because there were some known related bugs in older versions. I am pretty certain the dev team would be interested in taking a look at an example of the problem, so I am going to suggest opening a support ticket via the link at the top of this page and working with them to identi...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!

Ah! I was wrong! I see the users guide DOES call it the "main clip grid" after all! Silly me. I think one thing you are talking about is the "scroll bar" which is also currently the topic of another thread. The contrast was improved in recent builds. Stacking instruments- If you open the "chan...

Re: Tips to make vocal track fat & punchy?

What do you think? The layering of the second part is a nice improvement. The first part seemed to have a bit of an upper-mid resonance that "stuck out" or something. I like what you are doing. Nice sounding track. One suggestion, though the clip is too short to judge well: Beware of the cumulative...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!

I call it the "arranger view" and I think that is the common term used in the users guide. Other DAW's may have other terminology, but I've seen it called that elsewhere as well. But I am still not sure what you are asking for... On #2, you can "stack" virtual instruments to create a sound if thats ...

Re: Request for scroll bar design change for mixcraft 9

The previous contrast drove me nuts, so I do understand. Its like many programs and Windows10 seem to think hiding everything is the ideal. I hate it. But I thought the improved contrast in the newer builds of Mixcraft helped significantly. Your saying more contrast would help you. It certainly woul...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!

Still relatively new to Mixcraft (9 RS since Apr and 9 Pro since Sep). Was always old school with sequencers and drum machines so.... 1. The ability to build drum and bass loops more easily to build song tracks with perhaps the ability to save them in the library? 2. Assigning more than one sound t...

Re: Request for scroll bar design change for mixcraft 9

What build are you running?

The contrast of the scroll bars was improved noticeably at build 461 or 462. Much more visible. Previously very difficult to discern.

No need for any 3d or fancy solution though IMO...

I would appreciate a gain trim and HP filter at the input of every channel strip, as would be found on a hardware mixing console.
There is a gain trim knob available in the channel strips of MX9.

Re: Youlean Loudness Meter from Fans of Mixcraft Video not Working

Try the vst2 version. (I only installed the 64bit vst2 and vst3 versions of the latest youlean build and havent tried the stand alone at all.) I wasnt even aware there was a 32bit vst3 version. I may have missed it on the checklist, as I passed over the 32bit versions. (In fact, I have it stuck in m...
