It is possible to let project key adjustment affect midi and audio. You just have to make sure that on the sound tab of your midi clips the option "adjust to project key" is selected.

I kind of solved the problem. When the interface is set to default, the problems show up, but when i set my build-in soundcard to default, the message doesn't show up and i can hear the audio playing in mixcraft.

In mixcraft there is a option to mixdown each track separately, so if you can't load a mixcraft 6 project in mixcraft 6 pro you will be able to continue with the song. But i think you can open a mix 6 in pro, but i'm not sure about that. If i were you, I should do this, just in case.
