Re: MY NEW PRINTER ISN'T LISTED IN ACOUSTICA CD LABEL

Ok, I figured out the different hole size thing...Had to go to "alignment" on the print page. Sorry for the bother.

Re: MY NEW PRINTER ISN'T LISTED IN ACOUSTICA CD LABEL

Ok, got it working. Had to go into "properties" and under "Media Type" change if from "plain paper" to "printable disc" (bleed proof) Thanks Greg. One last thing. I have some printable cd's that have a large hole in the center, and another patch of printable's that have a small hole. How do I change...

Re: MY NEW PRINTER ISN'T LISTED IN ACOUSTICA CD LABEL

That's EXACTLY what I did Greg, yet it still wants to print on the paper in the printer. I can't figure out why it won't allow the cd tray with the cd in it to print. Darn printers are a real pain.

Re: MY NEW PRINTER ISN'T LISTED IN ACOUSTICA CD LABEL

Ok thanks Greg, I have it now. However now, when I ask CD LABEL to print the CD label I made, it will only print to the 8.5 x 10 paper inside the printer. So I removed all the paper inside the Canon, and tried again, but it keeps telling me the printer has no paper......As you know, I don't want it ...

Software only wants to print to paper NOT CD

I purchased a new Canon TS8120 printer to print cd's. But for some stupid reason, it only prints to 8.5 x 11 paper sheets, instead of wanting to print onto the printable CD. Is there is a setting in acoustic cd label software. Had no issues before when I printed with my old Canon ip7220 cd printer.

MY NEW PRINTER ISN'T LISTED IN ACOUSTICA CD LABEL

I was forced to purchase a new printer, as my old one died. So I purchased a Canon Pixma TS8120 printer to print cd's. However, in the list of printers in CD LABEL, this new model doesn't show, therefore, I can't get the software and my new printer to work together. Any suggestions ?
Thanks.

IM IN BIG DOO DOO

I own a registered version of Mixcraft 7. So today I thought I'd download the free trial of Mixcraft 8, to see what it was about. Then I decided to go back to Mixcraft 7 to start a new project I want completed by the end of the week......NO CAN DO....I seem to have lost my audio settings regarding l...

Re: Hearing a "click" sound when I add a track

Well, it's still doing it, no matter what I try, so I guess I'm screwed with Mixcraft 7, and I'll simply go back to using Mixcraft 6, until the problem is solved with 7. :?

Re: Hearing a "click" sound when I add a track

[img][img][/img][/img] "micro fades" are the small little clip gain automations I am highlighting in red, at the beginning and end of the clips: micro fade 2.png It helps to zoom in on the track view, so you can clearly see the wave form, and locate the fade so that it exists in (relative) silence. ...

Re: Hearing a "click" sound when I add a track

You could just zoom in on the track, highlight the click and delete it. Of course automation is just as easy and will keep your track length the same. Plus, learning automation is a huge part of recording, sometimes too huge...... M I use automation all the time...still get the clicking n...

Re: Hearing a "click" sound when I add a track

Hi Ray, Usually all you need to do is zoom in on the offending clip and edit in a "micro fade" like this: microfade.png Many people do this at the beginning and end of all edited clips as habit, to prevent any unwanted noises. It is odd that its not doing it in MX6, I have found it to be less of a ...

Re: Hearing a "click" sound when I add a track

I don't understand why it doesn't "click" when I do the same thing in Mixcraft 6 though. My settings are the same. For now, I am forced to record using Mixcraft 6, instead of Mixcraft 7, because I can't accept that 'click' in my recordings. I don't know how to "zoom all the way in on the clip and us...

Hearing a "click" sound when I add a track

Hi I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, but recently, when I add a new track somewhere in the middle of the song, when the the timing bar arrives to the new track, I hear a 'click' sound, which gets recorded and heard on playback....which is very annoying, and ruins the quality of the recording....
