Actually I got it to work by running the app as administrator. The only think I can think of is that wherever you are trying to save the list of directories needs admin access.

Hello, When I add my own VST folder, in this case D:\muse\VSTPlugins, and hit OK, i see what looks to be like the plugins reloading, and then the dialog exits. When I go back into "Edit VST folders" the folder I just added is not there, and the instruments do not show up in the actual VST ...
