Re: A Failure Has Been Detected In The Effect..
Hi, If anybody is experiencing the "...Failure Has Been Detected In the Effect..." problem with plugins, please try beta version 400. If you're not a beta tester, submit an Acoustica Support Request and we'll get you the build 400. Greg I will have to try this. Just the other day I respon...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
I'd like to see the marker flags a little bit larger...I'm an old cuss! This would help when choosing the different pastel colors for them.

Re: Anyone else using VST3's?
I am running 64 bit and find that VST2's are giving me a hassle and crashing. I am using MX8 Pro and since most of these plugins are freebees, I don't worry about them. Some of them do include VST's that come with MX. I'm using a number of VST3 Izotope products and find them incredibly stable. I als...

YES...THAT IS TRUE. Which prompted me to ask. if you haven't clicked on it as I have, you would know that when you get to the site, it asks for the serial number of your current item. To the right of the GUI on the tiny About, , you click to get your serial number. But there is no serial number to b...

studio devil bass amp
Does having the Studio Devil bass amp that comes with Mixcraft, qualify us for an upgrade to the pro version?
Their site states that a serial number is revealed by clicking on the GUI....but there isn't one that I can see.

Studio Devil Bass Amp
One of the best plugins that I have enjoyed using is the Studio Devil Bass amp that comes with Mixcraft. I noticed that the Pro version upgrade mentions current owners of the version that comes with Mixcraft can get the discounted price...but when I click on the amp gui, it doesn't reveal a serial n...

I think the question has collected some unmentioned attributes such as "I want a program that will guess what I intend to play " I don't see that request only the two that I refer to. However, I am an old geezer so anything can happen and I shall stand corrected while making a solute with...

Re: chords display
Of course, there are products like this. But this is not exactly what the poster is asking. He wants a software that will show him if he is playing a wrong chord. I think I will come across as a hater but here goes, I don't think you understood what the poster was asking, and, what the replies were ...

am the same way...I am not a keyboard player, but I know my theory.
I teach this concept to guitarists as well. With just a handful of "formulas" you can create, or, identify most chords and feel confident in your accuracy.

Magneto, Here is where a tiny bit of data can go a longgggggggg way. Instead of trying to memorize every single major chord.....try learning what the intervals (the distance from the three notes that make up a major chord. You can write it down on a business card. 1, 4, and 3. Talk about easy. Press...

Re: chords display
Magnetos, I just went thru the Roland E70 manual, the part about its "Chord Intelligence." Its as I thought, by pressing ONE key, the keyboard will play a chord. And yes, this will show up on the screen. My old Casio did this but did not display the chord. BUT!!! I do not think your memory...
