Re: Quantize an analog track?
I didn't catch what version of Melodyne is being used in the video. Is it Melodyne Essential?

Re: Quantize an analog track?
Found this old post while searching the subject and was wondering if there is any work being done to Mixcraft to help with quantizing analog tracks?

Re: Audio Mixer to Mixcraft
I was able to accomplish what I wanted by using an older version of Mixcraft. Mixcraft 2 opened it and then I was able to use MC6.
Found that trick here on the forums.

Re: making my own loop
I've never tried doing that with Mixcraft. I would imagine that it can be done but do not know how. If I couldn't figure it out with MC I would try using a Wav Editor software. Plenty of free ones out there to choose from.

Re: VisualVox VST Help
I looked at those instructions and they don't match up with the plugin I have. These instructions must be for their newest product.
This is the plugin I was trying to work with.

VisualVox VST Help
Anyone out there use this plugin? I have a copy of it and Mixcraft loads it. However I'm stumped on how to use it. Can anyone describe how to use it with Mixcraft or maybe direct me to a link on how to use it?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Transfering Custom Amp Settings
They sound different between the two programs. I ran both MC5 and MC6 at the same time and switched between the two applications by arming MC5 and then disarming and then doing the same in MC6. They do not have the same sound at all. In fact I noticed the transfered presets in MC6 all sound alike.

Re: Transfering Custom Amp Settings
OK I copied them over to the %AppData%\Acoustica\Mixcraft\FX as was mentioned. I now see them in the Shred FX. However they do not have the same sound as they do in MC5. So I must be missing something yet.

Re: Transfering Custom Amp Settings
OK that's what saw too. I was hoping there was a better way to find out which one was which. I was also hoping to better organize them in my pull down list and even edit the names. But it doesn't appear that this can be done unless you have a way of doing this.
