Re: I want overdub, not takes...

This is what i mean, i want the simpler overdub feature, rather than the takes/punch-in feature. Can i switch back or something?

I want overdub, not takes...

First of all, excuse my english, since it's not my first language. I hope i make myself clear enough: i.e: I am recording a guitar, but i made a mistake. I need to overdub just a little part, just like it happened on MC5 when you started recording over a previously recorded part. I don't want punch ...

Acoustica Studio Drums problem.

My problem is, snares and other parts of the kits sound weird. I think they need "presence" or something. Is there any way to edit/equalize the drums?

I'll upload the sound of the snares and compare them to other vst's snares so you get the idea.

Re: Mixcraft6 is OUT NOW!

Congratulations! I hope Mixcraft gets the attention it deserves (not that it need)! It's now as good or even better than most known DAW's!

Mix to new audio track question.

If i merge clips using the "Mix to new audio track" option, is there a quality loss in the new mixed track?

I think he knows that it works after recording. What he is asking is if he can use it real-time, while recording.

Mic recording through POD X3 Live and VST...

First of all, sorry for posting this in the Mixcraft forums. It's kind of unrelated to MC, but i find this community very useful and friendly. Feel free to delete this post if necessary: I'm using Line 6's POD X3 to record guitars and bass, which sound great to me, but when i record vocals, that's a...

I use 5.2 and still have this bug. It just happens sometimes, so i'm gonna try and reproduce it, and then report back.

I'm glad i found people with the same problem as me. Too bad there's no answer from the Acoustica team, but i would really like this to be fixed in MC6! It's really annoying. I use a lot of copy-paste with my clips, mainly when i create drum tracks, so i always have to zoom in and make a tiny gap as...

Thank you for your always useful answer Eric!

I know this is not the right forum, but is there a chance that VocSteady or any other similar VST would be included in MC6? That'd be great!

Looking forward to MC6 anyways!
Greetings.

How to emulate VocSteady with plugins included in MC5

How can i emulate the effect of VocSteady using any of the compressors included with MC5? If not the same, the closest.

Thanks in advance.

I found a plugin that is supposed to do exactly what you want, but i haven't tried it out yet. It is called "slower" and you can find it in the free VST section on this site: http://www.gogma.com/diverse/ From the same guys who made the awesome VocSteady. good lord man read my original post lol OMG...
