Re: Challenge: Publish an example of your work in a month!

Rambler - Good job! really like it, well mixed and a nice balance.
I agree with SoundSquire, reminds me of Alan Parsons. (btw - i'm off to an AP concert this saturday in Holland :D )

Benhal - this recording sounds like a live take! Very good vocals.

Still working on my "release".. :)

Re: Challenge: Publish an example of your work in a month!

Why "mess" this thread up with old stuff?

Just asking :?

Edit: I read the first post again.
I misunderstood. Thought only new stuff was allowed...

sorry

Re: It's only rock & roll.... but I like it!

Good song :)

Vocals crisp and good.
Excellent drums, also nice bass.

Guitars a bit blunt for me.
Maybe on the long side.

Re: Mixcraft 6 Feature Requests

Hi

Annoying like hell, When working with projects with more than 18-20 tracks.

In the mixer view: Move the Main Mix to the far left.
Scrolling to far right all the time you wanna view your main mix meter/slider is frustrating.

Re: Seperating Drums on Mixcraft 6

Here's how i do it:

Example:
Record kick, snare and hi-hat.

Duplicate track once,
Duplicate track twice,

You will now have three drum tracks.

Go to the piano roll for track 1 - zoom out - remove the snare and hi-hat.
Rename to Kick.

Do the opposite for the other tracks.

Easy!

Re: Pro Tools

Hi

My opinion:

Off course - almost all of the voters will put a vote for the DAW they bought and use.

So for me - this "poll" does not tell which is the best DAW at all.
More like - most popular.
