Re: Kenjutsu (Ethno-Rock)

Thank you for the kind comments.

Yes, agreed - especially the howling guitar reminds a bit of Oldfield. I guess what we hear influences us subconsciously ... :)

BGM for a game in development

Currently working on a soundtrack for an upcoming space strategy/sim-RPG hobby project; here are the main theme "Stardate" and a short transitional track "To your Stations". More tracks to come, as (if) the project progresses :) https://soundcloud.com/ac_composer/stardate https://soundcloud.c...

Re: Back to the City - Folk-Soul-Fusion

Thanks, Rick. There are quite a lot of modern bands that incorporate pipes into all kinds of styles. But yes, it's one of the coolest instruments ever made ;-)

Glad you liked it, Tom.

Thank you. - The lead instrument is an Uilleann Pipe, that's where the "Folk" came from, although it's not really folk-style.

Re: Uriel

I like it (how do you call this kind of music?). Its style reminds me very much of the AfroCelts, I think some flutes and pipes to expand, but it's already quite nice as it is imo. B-)

Back to the City - Folk-Soul-Fusion

Just finished my first track on the new music computer. Live editing sure is nice :-D

Not sure how to describe the style. Folk-Soul-Fusion? Hope you like it. Enjoy!

Re: Hamlisch Scoring contest entry

Nicely done. Scoring to moved pictures is a special kind of fun.

Didn't know there were contests like this, I'd like to participate next year too, just as an exercise. :-)

Cool. I like its dynamic as well as the use of not so common instruments.

"Stop Song" Commando?

Hello. I am working on a track that later should be looped (it is for a game soundtrack), the track end and begin should fade into each other. My current issue is, that I have the perfect time in the song where it should stop and start again (that's where the music clip ends). But when I export it t...

Yes, a PC, because it has these options. A laptop is nice to take along, but has more disadvantages.
