Sorry, just read again and think you are saying you are missing that symbol.
As for the greyed out two blobs they represent the multitrack function which doesn't work in mixcraft therefore always grey.

You could group them into submix tracks. For instance:guitars,drums, keys etc. Cuts down on the clutter and you can apply effects,eq, compression and stuff to said groups.
Apologies if you already know this.

A warning to anybody thinking of upgrading from assistant to editor for the multi track feature: this doesn't work in mixcraft. You should know that the multitrack function isn't available in mixcraft.

Hi, yes melodyne studio works fine in Mixcraft but be aware that the multi track function is so far unavailable on this platform.
Still a very impressive package though.

Also though I'm not sure, I think you need to disarm a track before you can edit.
Just a couple of things to try.

I'm set up now and completely hooked. This is just brilliant.
I remember making music on the early cassette multi trackers and they were great. If someone had suggested a way of recording in the future that looked like this I would have laughed.
