I don't think any daw can open a session from another daw.
But what you can try is to convert all the tracks into wave files and then open them in mixcraft, that should work.

Try using Pitch bend.

I don't ever get the tempo right either, I just edit it well.

Just apply the effects on individual tracks instead of the submix, and they will automatically be compensated.

You can do that with track automation, most effects have a dry/wet or an on/off knob. If you want to automate an eq, just put the frequencies back at 0 db. Hope that helps.
