Re: Mixcraft Pro 9 Crashes
Greg, Thanks, I just sent the log file via the support request. Happened again today after working well yesterday. Thanks!

Mixcraft Pro 9 Crashes
Anyone seeing MC9 crashes after the last Windows update (W10 Home, 1909, 18363.1139)? So frustrating. Things have been working like a charm since I dealt with all of my new Dell's issues (removing bloatware, optimizing DAW performance and minimizing impactful programs and services). Today, the progr...

Select All Clips and Mute/Solo
Hi Greg, et. al., I have two questions today, one somewhat direct, the second, a bit nebulous! First, is there a handy way to unsolo or unmute multiple tracks without clicking the appropriate button in each individual track? Second, and I know this may be hard to answer w/o more info. All too often,...

C-Jazz w/ Mixcraft
Hi gang! I'd never noticed that there was this User Showcase forum. If you'd be interested, my last two singles by contemporary jazz artist Spontaneous Groovin' Combustion were done for Tune 9 Records in Mixcraft 9, which I absolutely love to work in. You can hear "Jackie's New Car" and &q...

Re: Mixcraft 7 Adjust pitch by...
Greg, thanks, any way to do it? Scenario- taking two identical MIDI parts (created by converting audio), panning one let, the other right, slight time delay between the two to further fatten, wanted to try altering pitch from each other slightly. Thanks!

Re: Mixcraft 7 Adjust pitch by...
My bad guys! It certainly DOES work on audio tracks. How would I change pitch on a single MIDI track? I'd like to just take it up/down by .3 - .5 for a doubling effect. Thank you and sorry for the scare!

Re: Mixcraft 7 Adjust pitch by...
How strange Mark, it absolutely doesn't work here. Type in the value, enter and the box resets to '0'.

Re: Mixcraft 7 Adjust pitch by...
Hi guys, I've tried this in MC 9 and the minimum 'Pitch Adjustment' seems to be 1.0 as achieved by clicking the buttons. The field will not take my typed-in value of 0.5/-0.5. Any further advice? Thanks!

Return to GM
Hi guys, I'm rather novice at MIDI. My collaborator sent me a MIDI file with General MIDI (GM) assigned to the tracks, and they do indeed play correctly in Mixcraft (e.g. the bass track plays as a MIDI bass guitar). As I'm trying different synths' sounds on each track, however, is there a way I can ...

Re: POWER USAGE WINDOWS 10
Hey Bill, yes- resolved! Thank you! And I should have posted here as I did to Sound On Sound, PG Music, and Dell forums. Although I learned a ton thru the process and disabled many items, including a second video card, audio sources from both video cards, Bluetooth, etc., in the end, it appears that...

Re: POWER USAGE WINDOWS 10
Thank you Brother Charles! I'll address your comments below... For around the same money, an ESI 22XT is a dandy, simple interface. Rock solid drivers and extremely low latency. I was under the impression that the Focusrite Scarletts were well thought of. I'll look forward to reading the review of t...

Re: POWER USAGE WINDOWS 10
Guys, I am still struggling with audio dropouts with the new Dell XPS 8930. It's definitely not Focusrite Scarlett related. I had to take it out of the mix to diagnose. Jack Cole at Focusrite has been great. I've seen known issues online with Windows ISR dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernel, Micros...
