Hi,
Since I´m a terrible singer I often wished that I had some kind of vst plug in (preferably free...) that could correct my vocals, wich are out of pitch now and then...
Anybody who knows about such a plug in?

Found it! Thanks a lot!outteh wrote:Your'e install options should have said where it would install the files. You can copy and paste the .dll into Mixcraft's file location once you find it.

Re: Help needed with spicy guitar vst crashing in Mixcraft
I installed both vst and standalone. I experimented with installing them on their own, but with the same result.

Re: Help needed with spicy guitar vst crashing in Mixcraft
Hi! As an experiment, I installed Spicy Guitar and it seems to work fine. Just make sure the file "SpicyGuitar.dll" is in your VST folder - I had to change the standard installation path for the VST. Then open Mixcraft, select a "build virtual instrument tracks", click the littl...

Re: How to connect Gsnap?
Hey Markus, and anyone else interested in learning more. I found this PDF manual: http://www.gvst.co.uk/GSnapManual.pdf And I believe this might lead you to an updated version of Gsnap: (It says it was updated just last month, might be worth checking out!) http://www.gvst.co.uk/gsnap.htm Thanks a l...

Re: How to connect Gsnap?
Hallå Markus! I don't have much experience using GSnap, but I'll offer this anyway- If I understand your question correctly, I think you are misunderstanding the MIDI function. As I understand it, GSnap is a VST, not a VSTi, and doesn't output any MIDI data. The MIDI function uses MIDI data as an i...

How to connect Gsnap?
I´m interested in using the Gsnap pitch correction, but I can´t figure out how to connect it. I watched the tutorials on Utube (MX 5.0) but that doesn´t help. I´ve come as far as to connect Gsnap to the vocal track I want to use the pitch correction on, and ticked the "midi" box in Gsnap, ...

Re: New song
Ha! Looking at my posts I should be more concerend with my eyesight than my hearing, can't spell, can't type, can't see! I think the conversion to Soundcloud's streaming format often highlights subtleties in our recordings. I have had some that sound balanced and clean before I upload and sou...

Re: zEn (Original)
Very cool. 8) What VSTi's are you usuing? :)[/quote Thanks. I am using this: http://www.u-he.com/cms/zebralette and the mixcraft instruments. I was so impressed with your sound, so I downloaded "Zebralette" demo version. But when I played there was some distortion every 20`th second. Do y...

Re: New song
I'm finally home and listended to it again on a different system. It's the guitar tone you have that through me. I initially thouhg it was a"clean" tone but you have added some effect to it. :) Yes, you´re right! I double tracked the guitar part and panned one a little to the left and the...

Re: Looking for your opinions
Hi, I also got a Scarlett 2i2, and I also dropped it from the top of my stand alone computor chassi down on the wooden floor, a couple of days ago. My first reaction was that I have to buy a new one, but lo and behold it seemed unharmed. I can´t hear any difference in the sound, nothing was broken, ...
