I had been remixing Led Zeppelin - Ramble On using 6 stem files downloaded and transcoded to audio from youtube files (& adding the 2 missing guitar tracks myself) in Mixcraft 7 and I tried reversing the acoustic guitar track. It was the same after rebooting as before.

Reversing audio in Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio build 382 takes 9 times longer than MX7 build 292.
I tested the same piece of audio which reverses in Mixcraft Pro Studio 7.5 build 292 in 7 seconds.
In Mixcraft 8.0 build 382 it takes 63 seconds

I think it's generally set quite low. In any case the audio clips visibly reduce in size with each reversal. I can't test it at present I'm installing a new SSHD drive. Try it yourself. The master volume fader should not relate to this.
