It uses 40 - 60% when rendering music and video. That said, I'm running 6.1. I have used a Berringer 222 UCA interface with no issues....

Probably going to buy it out right as I am getting a new computer in a few months. I'll probably go with the pro version. Feeling brave.

I should mention that I'm running 6.1. The is really the only issue I've had and now it appears to be a non issue other than some stuttering is exclusive mode.

After I clicked monitor incoming audio it would record and now it records when I'm not monitoring audio. So it seems like the problem resolved itself for now.
