Re: MixCraft 9 Pro & latest iZotopes
Hi. I've had zero problems with the latest iZotope stuff, though I don't use them much for resource reasons as others have stated.

Do you have automatic quantization turned on? That might be a contributing factor if you do.

Re: Video Rendering
Hi, I have a similar processor to yours, and have found a lot has to do with the integrated Intel graphics and how it manages memory. There are ways to boost video memory allocation, but I found that my 6th gen mobile i5 laptop blows the doors off the 4th gen desktop i5 even though it is 800 mhz slo...

Hmmm. Is there any chance that MIDI note was ever assigned with MIDI learn in Mixcraft?
Can you record a MIDI clip with just the pedal and post a screen shot of the piano roll?

Hi. On mine the pattern button lets you choose between 2 or 3 MIDI maps for the USB output. The default one is crazy, I think the HiHat pedal plays Tom 3 or something like that.

Hi, I have the Alesis DM-6 and it doesn't have this problem. Are you using a drum plugin of some kind? I've tried mine with SSD5, MT Power DrumKit and Kontakt 6, and they all seem ok, but I did have to change the MIDI output format to General MIDI from inside the Alesis module.

Re: Needed: Help bringing a complete orchestration midi file to Mixcraft-9
Hi, Most of what you want to do is accomplished with "Markers". You can double click anywhere in the bar above the measure numbers to insert a marker, which will allow you to also change the tempo and time signature at each marker. You can also display a list of all of your markers from th...

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
In honor of the rumblings about MC 10, here's my first of the allotted three suggestions: 1. A totally integrated and customizable hardware mapping system including: a. As many protocols as possible including MIDI note, CC, MMC, program change, and SysEx, Mackie, NRPN, PRN, etc... b. Scenes, layers,...

Re: Setting levels in the real world.
Will do. I arrived at the same conclusion as you did too, because on that project the Master bus was much hotter on the two plugin meters than on the built in meter which showed plenty of headroom, so I figured that's good enough!

Re: Setting levels in the real world.
Hi, The parameters of the mixing exercises are pretty firmly set, so really it's just a technical question about how to reproduce the desired outcome and/or why the desired outcome is not being reproduced. Michael White, the instructor, is using ProTools which, like a small handful of DAWs, has mono...
