Re: 64bit Mixcraft Audio Interface

Hi, I tried running in Windows 7 mode, but no cigar. Anyway, I don't know if this was the right thing to do or not, but I installed the ASIO4ALL driver and viola! It worked! Still, I'd like to know what everyone else is using, so I can consider buying a new one. If using ASIO4ALL is a good idea, the...

Re: 64bit Mixcraft Audio Interface

Yes, I do.

I've gone through all this in a previous thread (I've tried everything except for trying to run in in Windows 7 mode). I'm not at home at the moment, but I'll see how that goes.

Re: 64bit Mixcraft Audio Interface

No, I haven't!! I'll give that a go. That won't reduce performance, though, will it?

64bit Mixcraft Audio Interface

Yeah, I asked Mixcraft and they can't (though the tried) help me out. I have a Roland Tri-Capture and it refuses to work with Mix7 64bit. Though it recognises it. So I'm asking to see what everyone else is using so I can see about getting a new audio interface. Though I wish I could avoid it. Using ...

64bit Mixcraft Audio Interface

Hi, I've been having problems with getting my audio interface to work with the 64 bit version of Mixcraft. I assume everyone else isn't having problems, so I guess it's my audio interface that's the problem. Could I ask what everyone else is using? (Of course I'm asking for those that actually work ...

Re: Mixcraft 7 and Tri-Capture

Is there a major difference between the 32 and 64 bit versions?

Re: Mixcraft 7 and Tri-Capture

Yeah, I tried again and it works with the 32 bit version, but when I install the 64 bit version it goes a bit odd... I can't use either 6, 7 32 bit or 7 64 bit... So I have to uninstall all of them to be able to use 6 and 7 32 bit. Still, I can use the 32 bit version, but I guess 7 64 bit'd end up b...

Re: Mixcraft 7 and Tri-Capture

Hi, I had to do some recording, so I uninstalled both the 32 and 64 bit versions of 7 and reinstalled Mixcraft 6. I still have to do a lot of recording within the next few days, but when I get home again, I'll try all that (I think I already have, but I'll try again) and see what happens. I'm happy ...

Re: Mixcraft 7 and Tri-Capture

Hi, I tried installing the 32 bit software and it seems with the 64 bit version installed, I cannot access my tri-capture. The tri-capture works on 64 bit systems, but I'm not sure if it's incompatible with 64 bit software (I doubt very much it isn't compatible though). I wonder if I'm the only one ...

I don't know if it's a bug or not, but....

I've been playing around with what I think is one of the best new features, the 'Step' feature in the midi editing section. However, I'll be playing through the song and stop at a particular point at where I notice an error. I then get taken to a place way back in the song (where I last pressed play...

Re: Mixcraft 7 and Tri-Capture

Yeah, I've done all that. I ended up uninstalling both 6 and 7 and it worked again with 6, but seven refuses to recognise it properly.

Mixcraft 7 and Tri-Capture

Hi,

It seems that Mixcraft 7 doesn't like the Roland Tri-Capture. It also makes Mixcraft 6 unable to use it. Meaning I have to uninstall both and re-install 6.

Anyone else?

Re: Mixcraft6 : How to do a gradual tempo change?

I too find that time stretching works really well. I also use it to fix timing errors etc. Also being able to change pitches, song keys just by using the software is awesome. I use it to confirm with our singer what key she wants to sing particular songs in and being able to send a few mp3s in diffe...

Re: Buy Mixcraft 6 now and get a free upgrade to Mixcraft 7!

I bought Mixcraft way back when it was still version four. I was able to take advantage of a similar deal, I believe. The company can do/charge whatever they want. It's their company. The could do what other DAWs do and charge so much that you may never be able to afford it. Thankfully, the don't. I...
