Ozone 3 is great, similar but more capable imo to T-Racks. What these plug-ins do is combine multiple mastering effects into one vst. The presets in Ozone give a great starting point for quickie mastering. As Eric points out, you can do the the same thing with freebies if you know what you're doing....

Also, make sure that the velocity (volume) of your notes is high enough. Select a midi loop, choose the sound tab in the Details area, and click on a note to see the velocity. While Mixcraft can capture multiple audio inputs simultaneously, I do not believe that it will work with the multitrack output function available in the mixer in EZD. There are a couple of ways to apply reverb without overloading the lower frequencies. First, are you using the acoustica reverb? If so, I suggest using the Classic Reverb from Kjaerhaus Audio.
