Hi, Try converting a wave file (like maybe one of the wav files that come with Windows). Does that work? We've got lots of other customers using Audio Converter Pro with 64-bit Windows. If the problem persists, send us one of the MP3 files. You can email it to support (at) acoustica (dot) com. Pleas...

Hi, Make sure you've got plenty of free hard drive space and quit any unnecessary programs that might be running in the background. You can also try this: In Mixcraft, click on the File menu and select Preferences. On the Playback tab, click on the Playback Device setting and choose the driver for y...

Hi,

I'm sorry, but I don't have an estimate on when the update will be here. The developers are very busy working on Mixcraft 3.0 right now.

If you like, you can uninstall that version and go back to version 4.01 while you wait for the update.

Hi,

I don't see your email yet.

The beatcraft project file shouldn't be very large, and it ends in ".bcproj".

Hi,

First, make sure you've got version 1.02 build 19. You can download Acoustica Beatcraft v1.02 build 19 here.

If that doesn't fix the problem, email us the Beatcraft project file and we'll check it out. Email it to support (at) acoustica (dot) com and remind us of this discussion.

Hi,

On the Tracks formatting page, you could set a preset for a particular font, so you'd only have to pick the font for each field once.

Hi,

Just drag a highlight across all the track info and you can change the fonts for everything. For example, click on the lower right track piece of text in the track information and drag the highlight to the upper left corner.

Hi, If you find a program that can do that, let us know. Vocal removal as we know it is a much messier process. With most songs I've tried, the most you can do is reduce the volume of the vocals. You can also attempt to isolate the vocals, but they usually sound tinny after you do this. The problem ...

Well, Mixcraft obviously allows you to split up the sound and burn it to CD, you just need to tweak it so it can burn gapless CDs (as I described in my previous post). If you can't get that working, you can save the individual tracks as audio files and burn it with some other software that can burn ...

Hi, There's no way to add markers to an audio CD that any common CD player will recognize. You just need to split the mix into individual tracks and then burn it to CD with no gaps. If Mixcraft is adding two second gaps between each track when you burn, it's probably burning the CD using Windows XP'...

Hi, When you burn, if you have an option to convert all files to wave, try turning that option on or off and see if it fixes the problem. In regard to the ripping, click on the File menu and go into Preferences. You can change the default ripping folder in the Ripping Tracks preferences. You also ha...
