Re: Transposing virtual instruments.
Thanks for that, exactly what I want to do, the second idea so I can do it live.

Transposing virtual instruments.
Hi all, cant seem to find how to transpose the virtual instruments, other than the huge octave change settings. Just need to go up or down a couple of semitones, not octaves. Must be a way, just me not finding it.

Re: Guitar to Midi interface
Hi Greg, I use a POD UX2 Interface into Mixcraft Pro 7, and run the guitar signal through that, but I would have thought that I would require a guitar interface just as a midi keyboard uses to drive the Acoustica instruments. Many thanks.

Re: Guitar to Midi interface
Thanks Greg, but wouldn't I still need to buy the guitar to midi interface cable before I could try any of the software systems? Many thanks.

Guitar to Midi interface
Hi all, as I am a guitar player, very limited on keys etc, was wondering if one of these guitar to midi interfaces would work ok into Mixcraft 7 Pro, just the same as a keyboard does, or would there be issues with latency as there used to be with the earlier midi adapters for guitar use? They are ve...

Re: Mixcraft 32 or 64 Bit?
Think I probably worked this one out, would it depend on what my operating system is, as in 32 or 64 Bit? I have it on a Vista machine, so will check what it's running. Would I be correct in thinking that nothing needs to be set up in Mixcraft 7 Pro, it all depends on what the computer is running? M...

Mixcraft 32 or 64 Bit?
Hi all, recently upgraded from 6 to 7 Pro, and not sure if I have 32 or 64 Bit. I wasn't aware of any selection that had to be made when downloading the upgrade. Is there a way to tell if which version I have. I notice the sound quality of acoustic instruments is very noticeable over Mixcraft 6, in ...

Mixcraft 7 Pro
Hi all, when recording a signal, I am seeing a double lane, as in two narrow ones. In the old Mixcraft 6, it was only one lane showing the signal. Probably something I need to change, but have overlooked.

Re: MC recording and Line6 UX2 playback
Hi there, that is a digital signal waveform, and that is how it should appear in the lane. An analogue audio signal has a sine wave type of pattern, all is good as far as I can see from the screenshot.

Mixcraft 7 Pro
Hi all, gave my new toy a run last night and seemed to notice a marked audio quality improvement over Mixcraft 6? Maybe I was just hearing things, but is this possible I wonder? Also, I noted that Mixcraft 6 is still there even after installing 7 Pro Studio, would it be best to delete it so that the...

Mixcraft 7 Pro
Hi all, just purchased the above, and ready now for some serious recording of some live backing tracks. I play several, well, in some sort of fashion that is, stringed instruments and keyboards. Where we live out in the bush here in Aust, finding competent musco's to work with is next to impossible,...

Line 6 POD UX2 into Mixcraft 6
Hi all, when using the POD as my interface into Mixcraft 6, I seem to have to select one of the presets to go through rather than just going "dry signal" so that effects can be added later in the mix. I just want the pure dry sound of the instrument as it is, with no changes on the way in....
