Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
I don't know if this has been mentioned or if there's a keyboard shortcut (not that I use them) but it would be cool if where you RIGHT CLICK for pan or envelope boost/reduce/etc. there could be a mini window to type in & maybe even save user values, (ex.-15%,30%,65%,etc.etc.) maybe like the win...

Re: Update to build 279
Hi, Wow, that's great news! Thanks for getting back to us on this issue. Dang, malware that takes out a processor. That's pretty malo. Greg yeah,no wonder it took so long to figure out. anyway, w/ the new stuff in & things running right I've had a full mastering chain,3 instances of Pult...

Re: Mixcraft Studio Drums? or standalone drum software?
Sennheiser still has DrumMic'a for free. All you need to do is register. It's a little tricky to navigate the German site, but I and many others have managed it. It uses the free Kontakt Player. http://de-de.sennheiser.com/drummica I got it downloaded yesterday & spent a few minutes with it. no...

Re: Interface Slowdown
It's definitely a problem related to the 64-bit version of Mixcraft. Because loading the same (an older version that's less RAM intensive) project in 32-bit is fine. Loading that same older version in 64-bit results in a laggy interface. click the Windows icon lower left taskbar on your screen,then...

Re: Mixcraft Studio Drums? or standalone drum software?
I pretty much stick w/ the Acoustica drums. I use both a midi keyboard controller & a Yamaha DT Xpress e-kit so I can either program or lay it down "live". there's a lot that can be done w/ the Acoustic drums if you just tweak or add the reverbs,EQ,& conpression to suit what you're...

Re: USB Audio Interface Deal
not too bad but the Alesis Elevate 3 are only 3" monitors & those AKG phones a really "budget" to be stating it nicely. the Focusrite 2i2 is only $99 right now most places & the MXL 990 is only $50. I would upgrade to AKG k-240's or Sennheiser HD280's ($79-$99) and @ least som...

Re: Optimize your PC for Mixcraft!
this part may be "controversial" for some. if running a Windows based 32 bit system the most Windows will show is 3.5gb of RAM although you may have more installed. here is a way to unlock more- http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/unlock-64g ... pae-patch/ http://www.unawave.de/windows-7-tipps/3 ...

Re: Update to build 279
well,I finally figured it out. a fake AdBlock Plus malware & a bad .EXE in Microsoft Security Essentials were loading up the CPU & killing one core of the processor. it's in this post- viewtopic.php?p=90590#p90590 I have a bigger faster processor I'm putting in along w/ new RAM & a secon...

Re: Acoustica Black Friday Sale
Hi, It depends on where you are and whether you're getting Mixcraft 7 or Mixcraft Pro Studio 7. Shipping for Mixcraft 7 would be $7.95 in the U.S. and shipping for Mixcraft Pro Studio 7 would be $14.95 in the U.S. The Pro Studio box has that big heavy manual in it, so it costs more to ship. Greg th...
