Re: Copy paste thingy

I believe there is a way to directly slide the cut or copied piece of clip it into the track below, occupying the same position as it did in the original track?

Copy paste thingy

Help, I'm having real trouble with this.

I have seen a video by Eric, where he cuts a clip from a track and pastes it directly below on another track.

I want to cut this bit of vox and do the above. How do you do it?

Re: Mastering in Mixcraft.

Hi all, What would be of great benefit to me would be if someone could do a little project(does not need to be a full one, just say three or four tracks as an example) showing what vsts they use on each track, comp,eq etc and track levels and master level. Then mix it down to wav and then repeat the...

I agree. Turn Your Tracks Down This is the most obvious solution to the headroom quandary. Although few people seem to take my advice on this one. By simply turning down your tracks in your DAW you will be sending less signal to your mix buss and consequently will have instant headroom and clarity....

Re: Blackstar ID30 TVP

...But in order to record the amp, you need a good audio feed coming into the computer.. OK maybe I'm misunderstanding something. If the amp has its own built in usb audio interface why do you need to send audio anywhere at all? As I see it you plug in the usb and the DAW finds the amp. Have I got ...

Re: Blackstar ID30 TVP

Hi, For that method, you need a good way to input the audio to your computer. If your computer doesn't have a "Line In" input you'll need some kind of audio interface. Maybe you already have one? Microphone inputs are not appropriate for this type of recording because they have too much g...

Re: Blackstar ID30 TVP

Hi Greg, Tried all sorts of combinations. The latency makes it unusable really. Looks like I can take this route. 27. Emulated Output/Headphone Out This output emulates the tonal characteristics of a guitar speaker cabinet and provides a natural tone for connection to a recording device or mixing de...

Re: Blackstar ID30 TVP

Sorted. Looks like I have to use WAV rather than Asio.
I'll see how it performs when there are more tracks recorded.

Just got a Blackstar ID30 TVP. How do I set it up for recording in M7 64?

Posted on the Blackstar forum and the post got deleted.

Mixed in Mixcraft

Drums were recorded in an ordinary room. Quitea lot of bleed to deal with.

Re: AMD processors

The only issues I have with AMD aren't usually Mixcraft related. I have a 6 Core AMP processor (which I have had for a couple of years) and a few Intel based laptops with a similar spec. Bot appear to run fine for me. Curiously Pete I was literally just reading your now old post on the Collaboratio...
