Hi Mark, yes, I think you could be correct, I also like the Ample Sound guitar VST's, but the V Machine won't play licensed plug ins, as it is no longer factory supported, according to the supplier. The effect VST's that can be loaded would be pretty useless I guess, I just did a couple to test that...

I can import, say, a VST such as Classic Compressor, and I have no trouble getting it to work, But with the Acoustica Instruments, cannot get it to open any presets after it is imported into the V MACHINE software. Thanks for all the help. I will check the settings. I do have a convertor that will do wave to MP3, so I will try that. Just wish to send some simple recordings that I made to my son who can be a really tough judge lol. Being working on Chris Isaak's Wicked game and I would like his thoughts on it.

Must add, it has that ''pumping/breathing'' with the sound when mixed to MP3, but with wave it is great, no issues.

Hi all, mixing down 4 tracks to MP3 results in a sound that appears to be over compressed. Mix to wave and it is as the original. Would I need to maybe compress my mix more before mixing down, or is this a thing common to MP3. I know earlier versions of MP3 used to sound poor compared to wave.
