I gonna ask the obvious here, but are you trying to edit 4K videos?
4K *editing* is still very resource-demanding even on relatively modern hardware.

Hi Tom, Yes I did. In Device Manager (sound, video and games controllers) it says that Realtek (R) Audio is working properly. Is that what you mean?
