On second thought, is there a way to delete one side of a stereo track?
IOW to extract one side into a mono track?

Re: How to work with stereo tracks?
So I guess maybe I don't understand how panning works. On a stereo track, when I pan right, is it turning down the left track? I guess that makes sense. Otherwise what's the point of a stereo track? So, technically, they are already panned left and right and there's no point to my question. Ok, than...

How to work with stereo tracks?
Perhaps I should post this in a regular forum, but, since I'm using Mx7, I figured it would be best to post here as there may be new features associated with this. I've recorded some tracks from my line 6 POD HD, they are recorded in stereo in a single track. I'd like to pan both sides to the outsid...

Re: Build 233 is now available.
MC will not update on my PC. I have to download and install the new version each time. I'm confused. Is it supposed to work another way? I updated to 233 yesterday. Interestingly, when I started up this morning, I got notified there is a new version (228) available and asked if I wanted to update (...

What key for minor key songs?
I don't know that this is really a beta version question, but, I'm thinking maybe it is because it could end up being a feature request(s). How do y'all use the "key" function for a project / sound? Specifically, what if it's in a minor key? Do you choose the relative major? What if the ke...

Re: Resource usage, performance and startup time vs. Mixcraf
Anorax, it probably has to do with what VST's you are loading. For Mixcraft 6, you may want to go through you search directories in Mixcraft, and go through your VST's that you are loading. Maybe check your log file, you may get a clue as to which VST's are extending your load time in 6.

Re: Light Indicator metronome
A VERY quick search produced one on this page, this one and quite a few others. I didn't check them out as I'm not interested in using one because I've been conditioned from decades of studio work to use closed back headphones. you,me,and a gazillion others. it would be an interesting experim...

Re: Session Notes
Would be nice to add a sticky box to tracks so you can take notes on individual tracks as well.
Guess I should log this as a feature request?

Re: Error 0xc00007b
Do you have to exit Mixcraft and then get the file, or can you copy it at any time to submit a possible bug?
I have an issue here that is weirdness to me, but it is not a crash of Mixcraft. Just wondering if I have to exit Mixcraft before I grab the error log?

No worries Mark, I think they are looking for people to break it....

seems to me the horizontal mixer view is to the left of the tracks. For that view, just turn off the mixer panel?

OOPS!
Sorry, forgot to grab the log file.
Is there any way to put Mixcraft into "debug" mode, so it keeps creating logs sequentially, and doesn't overwrite old ones or delete them?
