Quick way to set up triplets

To quickly set up a pattern editor track for triplets -- right-click on an instrument row in the Pattern Editor and choose "Set Selected Steps..." then "All 8th note triplets" or "All 16th note triplets."

To get that quick open/close sound from a hi hat sample, simply place a hit on the track, then place another one after it but set the volume to zero and click the "choke previous sounds" tick box.

Trimming sounds for use with Beatcraft

I have created another tutorial on how to trim the silence off the front and back of sounds for use with Beatcraft. If you don't trim the silence off the front, then the sound will be "out of time" when used.
