It looks the same using the "Wave" driver and also this works. With the ASIO Driver I can't see the UCA202 either however I don't get good results with that driver including a few crashes. I have Windows 11 Home.

You might wanna try transposing the midi track up/down an octave or two to make sure you are in the valid range.
Click on the midi track, then in lower left corner of MC window select sound tab->transpose.
