Hi,

When you mix down to MP3, are you clicking on the "File Information" option on the "Save As" screen and entering the tag info there?

Hi,

When you try ASIO, click on the Open Mixer option and adjust your latency settings there. Did you try that?

Hi,

What version and build of Mixcraft are you using? What effects are you using? Does this happen with any effect or just particular ones?

Hi,

In Mixcraft's Sound Device preferences, what do you have selected for the playback device?

Hi,

It should automatically be in stereo. What do you have selected in Spin It Again's Level Wizard for the Soundcard setting?

What version of Windows do you have?

Hi,

What quality settings are you choosing when you create the audio files?

If you don't already have version 2.1 build 39, download the latest version of Spin It Again here.

Hi,

There's an option in Spin It Again's Miscellaneous settings called "Pause Recording When Silence is Detected." Try turning that off.

Hi,

We should have a new beta version of the label maker within a week or so that will address this problem. It uses the Epson printing SDK to to automatically set the printing parameters. Look for it on the Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker beta page in around a week.

Hi,

Yes, try the "Read CD" option on the Tracks screen. If that doesn't work, save a playlist in the program you used to create the CD.

Thanks for the suggestions about the plain text file import feature.

Hi,

Give ASIO a spin.

Give WaveRT a spin, too, but if you have any problems, make sure you've got the latest version of Mixcraft and the latest audio drivers from M-Audio or just switch back to ASIO.

Hi,

When drives aren't even recognized by the Goldenhawk Override, even when trying a couple different ASPI layers, we're pretty much out of suggestions.

Let us know if you find a workaround.
