Linked tracks are identified by a colored bar in front of each track in the Track View. No such identifier exists in the Mixer View.

It would be nice to have a colored bar across the top of each Mixer strip as well. Perhaps the entire top area where the track number and Controller icon sit.

Is the only way to rename tracks and busses in the upper Track View or can it be done in the Mixer somehow?

FX button vs. +fx button. Having both seems redundant to me. I would be in favor of removing the FX button and giving all it's super powers to the +fx button.

TEXT COLORS. I would like to see ALL text colors changeable. Right now only about half the text colors can be changed. On that note, all the Track View button text can be changed but there's only one Mixer track type that allows it... Instrument/MIDI tracks. And only the ARM button at that. :?

I noticed the Mid EQ values go from -12 to +12 while Hi and Lo go from -15 to +15. Is this normal or should they all be consistent?

Thanks Greg but that's not what I see happening. The very top tab labeled "Markers" is gray. Hover the mouse and it turns lighter. Click it and it turns darker, but nothing happens as far as I can see.

In MC8 what's the idea for making the Markers view main title tab turn different shades of gray when clicking it?

The mixskin.ini calls the tab files "tab-unselect". But nothing happens. Right?!
