Hi,

Why do you prefer the older version?

We keep download links for some older versions of Mixcraft on its support page. Just click on Support and then Mixcraft.

Hi,

Load up each project in Mixcraft, then click on the File menu and select "Copy Project Sounds To..." You can send the project file and all the associated audio files to any folder or drive you want.

To freeze a track, select that option from the Track menu, or press Ctrl+F while the track is selected.

Hi,

It's normal for the volume slider to disappear when you are using ASIO. Make sure you've got the latest version of the 8pre audio drivers. What version and build of Mixcraft are you using?

Are you using Firewire to connect to your computer?

Hi,

It all depends on whether your sound card manufacturer has good Windows Vista audio drivers. If you haven't already done so, try downloading the latest updates.

Hi, Do you have the latest updated version of Waves L2? Which version are you using? The next time it happens, quit Mixcraft and send us the mixcraft-log.txt file. A new log file is created every time you run Mixcraft, so it's important to send the log file right after the problem occurs. Starting w...

Hi,

It sounds like an audio driver problem. What kind of sound card do you have? Make sure you've got the latest updated audio drivers.

You can also try switching between Wave, ASIO or WaveRT in the Sound Devices preferences, assuming you've got more than one option there.

Hi,

What's wrong with your current set-up? Are you not getting a good recording volume level?

Hi,

So you enter a number, press enter, and the number stays there, but the sound doesn't move? Are you zoomed all the way in so you can see tiny movements?

Hi,

Beatcraft can't work in Mixcraft, but you can render your beats to MP3, WAV, WMA or Ogg and then load them into Mixcraft.

Just choose "Render Pattern..." or "Render Sequence..." from Beatcraft's file menu.

Hi, When I try it, it seems to work fine. Maybe I don't understand the problem. As I increase the milliseconds, the sound moves over, then it reaches 999 and flips over to 1 second. The sound seems to be moving properly. What happens if you just type in a value there? You can type in a number betwee...
