Editing long non-musical tracks
I do phone interviews of Sonor Drums artists. After the phonce call is done, I have upwards of 60 minutes to go back and edit. Things I edit; me talking over the artist, the artist getting confused and restarting his answer, long awkward silence, a long section where we have gotten off topic and the...

Re: Will Mixcraft determine song speed
For some reason, even being a drummer, tapping the beat on the mouse isn't very consistent. Kind of humbling, ain't it? :) I'm not too sure about what you are attempting but maybe this would help you out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8I8V2hHA3Q -h Very humbling! That was very helpful, once I qu...

Re: Will Mixcraft determine song speed
Let me complicate this a little... If the song/track (song in my case) is irregular in tempo can I select a consistent portion of it and get a tempo reading from the program, and then autowarp the tune to that tempo? For some reason, even being a drummer, tapping the beat on the mouse isn't very con...

Ghost Facebook Message Alerts
I was recording a playlist from my phone earlier while also active online. Now, I am breaking the songs out individually, and am wearing headphones as I work. I keep hearing the spike like TING of the Facebook Messenger, but cannot find any new messages. I'll spare you the trouble of reading the res...

While that would have been an immense help in itself, the other features of the app are very beneficial to me, for sure. Thanks a million.Tiasdad wrote:Sorry, my bad. I'm sure it did but I've just checked the app and I can't find it

Changing BPM without changing speed...
I know that they are one in the same, but my actual problem is that I have tracks loaded at the default 120.0 BPM and I need to correct the BPM without changing the speed of the track. The track is right, the BPM in the program is wrong.

Re: Importing songs as templates...
In the absence of a better plan, I have created a 68 song playlist on my iPhone and am going to open up a track and let it run and break them out afterward. Any suggestions on managing the second half of that would be appreciated.

Importing songs as templates...
I want to load up a bunch of songs off my iPhone to play around with as I work to get more proficient with guitar and bass (and am a long time drummer) and also to better learn Mixcraft. Question 1) Is there a faster way to load them up other than as audio tracks in real time? Queston 2) Also, is th...

Re: Hardware options and usage...
About the Allen and Heath, for anyone interested... The build of the mixer is very nice when you dig into the nuts and bolts of it. There is no need for an external USB Interface, and so there is not a chain of devices carrying the signal. The routing potential of this thing is incredible, and my pl...
