I often get new sounds from Splice while making music, but it seems the file browser doesn't refresh so I can't access them from within Mixcraft.

Actually, the 64-bit version of build 358 will get further optimization. You might notice some glitching. I might notice glitching after the further optimization? Another thing that I'd like hotkeys for is "Snap to grid" and "Snap to grid (triplets)." At this stage, we only have it for the specific numbers, but I pretty much only ever use the general grid setting and grid off.
