You mean hit key, play wav file?
If you do, then SFZ sample player plays wav files.

could be phasing
It could be a phasing issue. How is your wiring? You also get phasing issues when you have the monitor feed mixed in with the actual record feed itself. (monitor potted up along with mic on board for example, or not muted in computer mixer).
Thanks
The keyboard shortcuts were the thing I was looking for originally. thanks.

Yes.
What you are asking can be done, you'd just drag out the clip to the length desired and then add other clips as necessary. And then play in your stuff around it. Mixcraft does pitch change really well; you can change pitch and tempo without artifacts (unless you get carried away) You also can buy se...
Nudge?
For audio tracks? (i.e. hit an arrow, move track specific distance L/R in time, or by entering time/beats/samples?) Would be nice to make an edit match up more precisely.
Oops. Just found "Offset" in "sound" tab.

It works.
I use it for a version of Auto Cad that is so old it won't work in win7. But that really wasn't the question. If you already have an XP disk around and don't have 7 biz or pro, try virtualbox. El freebo, and works well in Linux, Mac and Windows to run Windows Linux or Mac.

Depends if you have a biab version with Real Band.
Or you could render the BB project with real tracks and import either wav files of all the tracks, or a finished mixdown.

On a stereo recording, right?
There are some plugins that do this, but it's basically a question of canceling out what is the same in both channels, effectively removing what is in the center of your stereo image. If there's any reverb on the voice, you'll get "ghosting" (where you hear the effects that were applied to...

That's what I was thinking. WineHQ says 4 will run so/so. I've never tried to run 4, and the documentation is sketchy at best. What I'm trying to do is run Ubuntu from a USB so I can boot at work and at home with the same projects without the file transfer and program issues, as well as XP on work a...

Anyone gotten v5 to work with Wine?
I can get it to install, but nothing when I try to load it. Maybe I don't have a library loaded?
