Re: Project, Sound, Mixer, Library tabs
This is still happening with the release build, 373. My guess is the minimum height on all the tabs is so low because the tab heights are linked now and the minimum tab height on the mixer is kind of high. I would love to see individual tab heights be unique like it has been in previous iterations o...

Re: New MIDI Note Clobbering
Mark, that's the kind of issue I come across the most, I'm always elongating smaller notes into longer notes when messing around in MIDI and this new clobbering seriously hampers my ability to do this in a rapid capacity that will allow me to keep the creative juices in motion. The main problem is t...

Re: Project, Sound, Mixer, Library tabs
I've noticed in build 370 that the minimum tab height is really quite high (after adjusting once). with my current resolution and the default lane heights I can only see 3.5/4 track lanes at once (Maximum!) unless of course i minimize the tabs all together but...the tabs are important, i like to hav...

Re: Applying a loop to my arrangement
I mean, that's not entirely true. You could always slice them up at the chord changes and alter the chord lengths and pitches with shifts and stretching but it won't sound too pretty.Acoustica Greg wrote: but there's no way to change the chord progression of the loops.

Re: 7 pro studio and izotope midi harmony
There's some useful info on that here But essentially what you want to do is have nectar 2 on your audio track. in nectar 2 set it up so in the harmony section to be set to midi. In the fx menu for the audio track set it to receive midi from a midi track (just create a new track and set the fader al...

Re: New MIDI Note Clobbering
I'm ok with the change to not clobbering until the note is deselected or a new note is created but the actual clobbering itself to me is just so whack.

Re: New MIDI Note Clobbering
I wanted to wait until the next build came out that cleared up some of the bugs before I went further into this. This is why I'm not a huge fan of the change, personally. I end up interchanging between short arp/bass notes to long pads often, so this process goes from this Mixcraft 7 work.gif to thi...

Re: New MIDI Note Clobbering
Eh, I still think a toggle would be fantastic to enable mixcraft 7 style clobberization. The way I work with MIDI would just make this change frustrating. Although If it's impossible I guess I can live with it. I even spent a few days working up this complex graphic. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-j9BOoH...

New MIDI Note Clobbering
What is your guys's opinion on the new note clobbering behavior compared to previous versions? I mean, I can see the appeal, as a lot of other DAWs have this behavior but it's just so weird for me to get used to, I'm not a fan of change. I'd love to see a toggle option implemented Unless it's still ...

It's looking good so far, I've reported a couple bugs. I think 366 will be the one.

Yeah, I mentioned it to Eric, but I was hesitant to really report it because I wasn't sure if it was intentional or not, or whether any other users would have really cared
