Hi, That's because you're burning in IMAPI mode. Try using the "Goldenhawk Override" option. In Spin It Again, click on Settings and choose the Miscellaneous tab. Click Goldenhawk Override and choose the generic CD writer driver option. Click OK to save that and back on the Miscellaneous t...

Hi,

Spin It Again is expecting a "line level" volume input. If the volume is lower than that, there's no way to crank it up without introducing distortion. What are you recording? How is it connected to your computer?

Hi,

Have you tried restarting your computer?

What version and build of Mixcraft are you using?

Hi,

Thanks for posting that. We're not writing to that key in all cases, but it appears that there's no good reason for us to be writing to it when we do. The software developers are looking into it and a fix will likely show up in a future build of Mixcraft at some point.

Hi,

I'm sure there must be some Mac compatible software that's similar to Spin It Again, but I'm not familiar with it.

Try just manually turning up the recording volume setting.

Hi,

No, there's no way to change the recording level during the recording and no, we don't have a Mac version.

Is the level unacceptably low? How does the recording sound?

Hi,

When you click Print, there's a small print preview that shows what label your art is appearing on, but other than that there isn't. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi, MIDI is generally pretty simple, so check all the obvious things like power switches, connections and so on. If you haven't shut down and restarted your computer after Windows installed the drivers, try that. I know I had to restart my computer before it would properly recognize a M-Audio Oxygen...

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion! I wonder if there are some good VSTi plugins out there that offer some of those instruments.

Hi, If you don't have a MIDI controller, you can add an instrument clip to an Instrument track, click on the clip to select it and then use the mouse to enter MIDI notes on the Sound tab. What version and build of Mixcraft are you using? What happens when you try to load the MP3 file? Is there an er...

Pianissimo beta testing!

Pianissimo is a Virtual Grand Piano, delivering the rich, warm sound and expressiveness of a classic grand piano. It operates as a VSTi plug-in, or runs as a stand-alone application. If you'd like to help test Pianissimo, please go to the Acoustica beta page , and report any problems you find there.

Hi,

ffdshow isn't one of Spin It Again's plugins, it's just picking that up from your computer as a DirectX plugin.

Too many cooks is definitely a danger. Do some tests and give it a listen with headphones.
