How do you dual?
Good morning,
Well I shelled out a whopping $20 for a matching 22" monitor for my Lenovo AIO (and $40 for the displayport cable grrrr) for some dual screen action.
How do you configure your windows? A giant timeline? Separate mixer?

Re: Drum sounds
Good morning, You might consider pressing ALT-L and creating additional lanes to record your toms and cymbals to separate clips in case you want to change instruments later on. They will still play together of course. What do you mean by wanting more heft? If you compress them with the fastest attac...

Re: Bitrate dilemma
Hi, Make sure to go to the driver for your interface and make the settings right there first, as Mixcraft takes its cues on what options to provide you based on your driver. For instance, if I only have 44.1k/16 bit selected in my Line 6 TonePort driver, that's all that shows up in Mixcraft. If I ch...

If you want to delete the last track, just toggle on the master track and boom! Bob's your uncle.

Re: Audio Control Panel + Effects
Hi, +1 on Mark's suggestion about automation. I've gotten away from track effects lately, and have been doing a lot of sends instead, which is a great way to do what you're talking about. Instead of drawing an envelope on a clip you're drawing it on the track! Then again, doing a lot of sends will a...

Re: New Video: Solution for Chord Generators and Arpeggiators
You're both very welcome. The last 24 hours had been spent racking my brain trying to do the same thing using Rewire with moderate success (except when it backfired terribly), but finally arrived at the simpler solution shown in the video sometime early this morning. In fact, that's why my voice sou...

Also did you restart Mixcraft? Maybe the old photos are still in memory. You might need to re add the photos as well.

Re: Video with Still Images
Hi,
Are the photos portrait or landscape orientation? I’ve done tons of videos and never had this problem, but I suspect the image resolution is at odds with the project resolution. What settings are you using to export to MP4?
Are they being cropped or resized as well or just rotated?

Hello!
Just hit the solo button at the top of the performance panel and it will mute your timeline clips!

Re: What are you using for a filter plugin?
Hi Mark,
Precisely, HP, LP and BP, limited functions, automation capable, graph style interface. Basically for using in the moment as an instrument rather than a mixing device. That one I posted comes pretty close, just curious to know what's out there.

Hi again,
This RAZ filterbox seems to fit the bill really well, and is pretty much what I was talking about. Check it out!
