Never move the master fader from unity unless you have a very good reason to.

I've had this issue for years and never got to the bottom of it. Basically, intermittently a track will hiss like crazy. I shall look out to see if these tracks are merged in future - that might be the key.

Video editing and rendering takes takes up vast amounts of resource. This is not a version issue, but a CPU/Ram issue.

The best way is steal parts. For example, if there are two or more choruses, paste a later one below an earlier one and vice-versa. You may end up with a few sections not doubled but you could get creative on those sections.

This is futile. It is literally no different to having the tracks normally in a project.

That bug has always been there. It's virtually the only reverb I use so it's always been an issue for me too.

It will be if the level of the new audio track is exactly the same as that of the MIDI track. If it isn't there will be differences in the way the effects are driven.

Or render the track complete with effects instead of copying and pasting.

You could add lyrics to markers.

I run a professional studio using Mixcraft. You don't need a certificate, you just need satisfied customers.

It doesn't happen often enough for me to take note. I've always just regarded it as 'one of those things'.
