Re: iZotope Stutter Edit (Flash Sale)
Has somebody used this with Mixcraft? It is not in the list of officially supported programs, but that doesn't have to mean it won't work, since a lot of plugin producers don't offer explicit support for Mixcraft yet, but their plugins work nonetheless.

Re: Free Waves Plugin (Black Friday)
Why? I am really a noob here and maybe don't see things more experienced users see ... (might even be buying plugins Mixcraft can't use)Mark Bliss wrote:I suspect the MIDI input function may not function ...

iZotope Stutter Edit (Flash Sale)
I'm not trying to promote this (I don't know yet whether it is good or bad), but they have a flash sale of this plug-in at Bestservice today. Until this evening August 25th it is reduced from 229 to 49 Euros. I've seen a few members here interested in dubstep, so I just wanted to give you a hint: ht...

Re: Free Waves Plugin (Black Friday)
Yes, I figured it might be that way. I just installed it into the folder Waves Central wants to use. With Tune Real Time two days ago it just worked like this, I can choose it now easily in the track's FX folder. With TrueVerb I followed the same installation rountine, but it is nowhere to be seen. ...

Re: Free Waves Plugin (Black Friday)
Sorry, I know this is an old thread, but it was the only one that mentions TrueVerb.
I just bought it, but it doesn't show up in Mixcraft - any idea what to do or how to start it?
I just bought Tune Real-Time - also from Waves - a few days ago, and this was just in the list after installation ...

Yes, I watched it. But I didn't tried singing before, so I am lacking a bit overview. Just curious whether somebody knew both and could compare.

Tune Real-Time vs GSnap Pitch Correction?
Bestservice just has an offer for Tune Real-Time, and I am just wondering if anyone has an opinion here about this, especially if compared to Mixcraft's GSnap Pitch Correction?

Re: Kenjutsu (Ethno-Rock)
Thank you for the kind comments.
Yes, agreed - especially the howling guitar reminds a bit of Oldfield. I guess what we hear influences us subconsciously ...

BGM for a game in development
Currently working on a soundtrack for an upcoming space strategy/sim-RPG hobby project; here are the main theme "Stardate" and a short transitional track "To your Stations". More tracks to come, as (if) the project progresses :) https://soundcloud.com/ac_composer/stardate ...

Re: Back to the City - Folk-Soul-Fusion
Thanks, Rick. There are quite a lot of modern bands that incorporate pipes into all kinds of styles. But yes, it's one of the coolest instruments ever made

Glad you liked it, Tom.

Re: Back to the City - Folk-Soul-Fusion
Thank you. - The lead instrument is an Uilleann Pipe, that's where the "Folk" came from, although it's not really folk-style.midimoose wrote:I like this piece! What is the instrument carrying the lead melody?

Re: Uriel
I like it (how do you call this kind of music?). Its style reminds me very much of the AfroCelts, I think some flutes and pipes to expand, but it's already quite nice as it is imo. B-)
