Hi, Where'll you'll find the Pianissimo plugin is a bit more complicated than that. Here's how the VSTi component works: the Pianissimo installer checks the registry to see if you've got a default VST folder. If you have one, it places the pianissimo.dll file there. If you don't have one, it creates...

Hi,

Are you sure you have version 3.29? It just came out.

What version of Windows do you have?

Can you please describe what you're seeing exactly, when you print?

Hi,

Have you tried it with version 3.29? If not try that. If that doesn't help, which template do you have selected?

Hi,

It sounds like you're on the Recording tab instead of the Miscellaneous tab.

Hi, That's because you're burning in IMAPI mode. Try using the "Goldenhawk Override" option. In Spin It Again, click on Settings and choose the Miscellaneous tab. Click Goldenhawk Override and choose the generic CD writer driver option. Click OK to save that and back on the Miscellaneous t...

Hi,

Spin It Again is expecting a "line level" volume input. If the volume is lower than that, there's no way to crank it up without introducing distortion. What are you recording? How is it connected to your computer?

Hi,

Have you tried restarting your computer?

What version and build of Mixcraft are you using?

Hi,

Thanks for posting that. We're not writing to that key in all cases, but it appears that there's no good reason for us to be writing to it when we do. The software developers are looking into it and a fix will likely show up in a future build of Mixcraft at some point.

Hi,

I'm sure there must be some Mac compatible software that's similar to Spin It Again, but I'm not familiar with it.

Try just manually turning up the recording volume setting.

Hi,

No, there's no way to change the recording level during the recording and no, we don't have a Mac version.

Is the level unacceptably low? How does the recording sound?

Hi,

When you click Print, there's a small print preview that shows what label your art is appearing on, but other than that there isn't. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi, MIDI is generally pretty simple, so check all the obvious things like power switches, connections and so on. If you haven't shut down and restarted your computer after Windows installed the drivers, try that. I know I had to restart my computer before it would properly recognize a M-Audio Oxygen...
